Is the "Boylston" stop the closest to the hotel?

I assume from airport it is best to take the subway to the hotel...We don't arrive in Boston until 10:30 pm on a Friday night...I assume the subway is open later than that.?

Thanks for any info...We are trying to get tickets to go to Red Sox game vs. KC Royals on Saturday May 6th...I would think that there wouldn't be a lot of interest in that game and that we can get 2 tickets for decent seats???
