All EVA 77Ws have the new J seat (same seat as CX J, AA 77W J, etc.). They fly it to:

SEA, SFO, LAX, IAH, ORD, and JFK

If you are YVR based, see if you can get ex-SEA that's probably the closest or else YVR - SFO / LAX / ORD - TPE. Just make sure it's the 77W because I know the 747 occasionally pops up on the SEA - TPE route.
