Bulk of trip would be EVA and Ethiopian but if I'm going to fly J I don't want to go on the "crappiest" one if that exists...
Having flown each airline multiple times, I'd say BR > TG > ET (and I think most people would agree with my ranking).
BR J generally is top-notch, but make sure your flight has pods.
TG J is also pretty good, but seat very much depends on type of aircraft.
ET J is ok on the 787, and while I was somewhat pleasantly surprised about the service, I'd rank ET no higher than UA on a good day.

"Best airlines in J overall" is a somewhat irrelevant question since I assume you're redeeming miles and you have to work with the limited availability that exists. But ignoring that, definitely SQ J and NZ J.
