What are your top 3 airlines with best business class services overall?

Anyone have experience with EVA, Ethiopian or Thai airlines? Any feedback?

Bulk of trip would be EVA and Ethiopian but if I'm going to fly J I don't want to go on the "crappiest" one if that exists...
