You'll need to make sure your KTN (if you have one) is in your Concur/Amex profile so you can get PreCheck on the way out. Otherwise, I've not had any problems with itineraries booked via that channel. They automatically show up pretty quickly in the mobile app or website and from there I can easily change seats and monitor for schedule changes.
