Does anyone find this sentence a little weird?

"In 2017, every qualifying stay will count toward attaining the next tier"

That isn't really wording consistent with fpc, which leads me to believe that we are in our last year of fpc as we know it.

I am also curious as to what I will transfer to on Accor, as a Fairmont Plat through Canadian Amex, rather than 30 nights (which I could make if I tried). Would be nice to have a little more clarity on 2018 so that we can plan 2017 accordingly.
