Very sorry for the rough start, hope it turns around by morning. Do you, by any chance, have the original Starwood confirmation emails? My emails (for an upcoming trip) detail the Luxury Privileges benefits, and I wonder if (hope) it's enough to confirm the old rate and benefits, especially when the new Luxury Privileges benefits have changed as well. The emails might serve to confirm your original rate package?
