Different strokes. Boardrooms to me are quiet well mannered places with comfortable (not fashionable!) furniture. And lounges are seedy places filled with drunks.

In reality, it doesn't make much of a difference because Alaska Lounges will be the same thing as the Board Rooms, unless a makeover is done, and whatever stuffiness is in there will be due more to the overcrowding of people than the name.
