Sounds like 13E is a pretty good seat...wider and more legroom. Pretty much all of the three middle seats are available for my upcoming flight (large cabin, that is). Otherwise, 12 j-k are both available. I picked 13E because of the aisle access and room.

Is this a wise choice? FWIW, no seatmates on either side.
