I read the wiki on Duplicate card section. Wife has the card and she received a metal card, tried requesting a plastic card via SM stating imprint requirements for international travel and was shot down. Our request for the plastic card was for two reasons: one the reason stated, we do have an international travel in Asia and second so that we have a second physical card so that each one of us can have one without getting an AU card. Is the best option for us now is to have my wife call in to request a plastic card re: international travel and see if calling works better than SM? Thanks!
