For DL/VA you're looking at #3US/#2AZ (DL may have passed UA, I can't recall for sure) And the AZ flights should look more like
1:QF
2: <blank>
3: <blank>
4: VA
For AA/QF you're looking at #1US/#1AZ
It's a surprising move by the DOT for sure, but justifiable either way.
