I'm having an issue booking a reward ticket NYC-TLV. I want to book non-stop on united using ana. Though i know they can't do one-way, you can do an open jaw as long as you end up back in the same country. So I'm trying to do a short second flight like: nyc-tlv, and then Vancouver Airport (YVR) to Seattle Airport (SEA), or Montreal (YUL) to NYC, or Monterrey Mexico (MTY) to Houston (IAH), so that the total flight distance stays low (the cost of the ticket is based on the total mileage traveled). But I can't seem to get it to work. I can select each segment, because they are available, but on the next screen all I get is: "This service is not available for the specified itinerary. Specify the flight criteria again." Help!
