Yeah iPhone is way better than physical cards.

Just came back from Australia where they have contactless terminals pretty much everywhere.

If you use the physical card, it will print out a receipt to sign. For Apple Pay, no signing at all, no showing IDs or checking signatures.

Of course most of the transactions were small (which is also a good reason to minimize the work to complete the transaction -- having to sign is definitely work compared to just tapping).

Biggest transaction was a taxi which came out to 62 AUD or about $51.
