Not my experience, I stay in this property a few times a year and even though the gentleman can come across as slightly abrasive he is simply not putting up with bullsh*t.

I am sure with minor complaints he can get annoyed as I can only imagine how much nonsense is there on the internet. When I contacted him with feedback after a stay with issues he could not be more helpful and address the points raised.

I guess we must understand he is in Malaysia, Johor Bahru and for some it is a national sport to complain to get more benefits. It is just across the border from Singapore and many people unreasonably expect the same service levels as they get at home.
