The 75S is part of the international fleet (used for US-EU on secondary routes), and so has extra recline.

Indeed, the CA TCONs (JFK-SFO, JFK-LAX) are operated exclusively by international planes (so they can advertise flat beds, and of course excluding IROPs), and so will always have extra recline in C+.
