A study about "hassle" at airports?

Hey, this might be legit, but the first thing that went through my mind was my thesis advisor's skin catching fire and peeling away from his face. The second thing that went through my mind was the chair of the thesis committee sliding a 3 X 5 card across the table to me and saying, "Mr. Nechetsky, please provide us with appropriate citations in proffesional journals that adequately define "hassle."

I wasn't even asleep and I woke up in a cold sweat...
