As far as I am aware FPP is closed for the foreseeable future as mentioned by olivermitch99.

Good luck though! Remember to get the best grades in any subject or study level. Hard work definitely pays off, then the world becomes your oyster ^

There are other programmes that might be suitable. When I was a kid not too long ago, I did think about going to the Air Cadets to get closer to some form of aviation (might be an alternative if there are no clubs nearby?) but instead I ended up in the Army Cadets (not sure why).
