The best option is definitely the high-frequency commuter train to either Centralna or Śródmieście however, if you have luggage and prefer going for the cab option, then I strongly suggest Uber and avoid the ridicolously expensive traditional taxis (be aware, though, that it could take you ages to get to destination at that time in the morning).
