CX for sure - i’ve flown on its A350 several times in economy. The difference in personal space between it and BA’s WT is tangible. By selecting window seats I may have placed myself at a slight disadvantage as the major grumble I had was my shoulder being forcibly rammed against the wall, and I'm no Bill Beaumont
As far as seating density goes, AY and CY are pretty well matched.
