Just out of curiosity what do you guys on here think would happen if the reviewer then complained to Hilton regarding the manner in which the review had been responded to?

What would be their response to it?
How far is too far?

And

Are the responses inline with whatever corporate recommend?

IHG have a policy in place for when responding to social media/reviews so I would be astonished if Hilton didn't have one as well.
