I don't read TA all that much, but to be honest if I was using TA for research and read these responses, I wouldn't stay here.
I'm well aware that some people use review platforms, such as TA and Yelp (and Twitter and FlyerTalk for that matter), to post negative reviews, often exaggerated. However, ultimately the GM of a hotel is in the hospitality business. I have no knowledge of this hotel or this GM, but as a prospective customer, I'd be concerned about the tone (often snarky) and frequency of the replies, and how this would translate to me if I were to experience a problem.
