For OWE Economy comfort is free. Others have to pay but the charge again in MY opinion is decent at under a hindred. If I recall is was 69/79/89€ depending on the flight.
Finnair does offer VERY reasonable J upgrades compared to ba BUT keep in mind they do not give J TPs/Points for upgraded tickets! But Y-J upgrades can be had from 279€ and up...
