Hyatt Closed my account. What can I do?
I received an email from Hyatt telling me that I must have some activity before they close my account but I had until November 30th, 2016.
I am starting travels again so I tried to login but was not successful. I then tried to reset my password and it gave me an error. I decided to write and email and i got this in response.
Is my account doomed with no possibility of being reinstated?
I contacted them on November 18th, 2016 for help. I hope I can find someone here who had experience of this who can give me some advice.
