Went to a Dollar General today in Silver Springs, NV. Chip readers had paper inside instructing the customer to swipe card.

I asked the cashier about it and she said, "we've never had Chip at this location, every other Dollar General has it but our update didn't work right so we don't have it."

Surprising a company cannot get this right. They had the newer pinpads (with the Contactless logo, Contactless also not working but I've never seen it work at a Dollar General.

Or maybe there is not enough fraud in Silver Springs, NV to care.
