I think it's great to have some honest feedback from a manager.
I do think that it's over the line to disclose what type of rate they booked, or extra cleaning fees. Doesn't seem wholly professional.
When small things go wrong at a property, I often just ignore them. Maybe I'll mention them at checkout. Larger problems, or many small ones I've learned to try to get fixed right away, especially if I'll be at the property for a longer stay.
