Beyond the name and location of the hotel? Are you asking for the guy's legal name, and where he is this very minute?

And too bad if he does in fact have a poor attitude - I was giving him the benefit of the doubt earlier, but maybe it wasn't to be.

Though then again, stereotyping entire nationalities isn't particularly cool either.
