Warning: got off the phone with ICBC USA card services. You can't setup online banking unless you also have a ICBC checking account. So now I'll be having to use my banks billpay feature or mail a check to pay off the card. You'll also have to call to get your statement balance (or wait for statement to be mailed to you)
