Likewise the recent Triple Avios offer from BA...where the Terms and Conditions were vilified for being unclear.
24 hours later, BA had rewritten them and added a small FAQ area which answered, directly, the issues we on FT had!
For what it's worth, QR have the same - and while I don't know who the lurker is, I have been advised directly of his 'presence'. Personally, I think it's great as it gives the airlines the chance to see what their customers think - outside of a Market Research meeting etc.
