Hi All,
Booked OSL-DOH-SYD during the recent Travel Festival promo and i won 100,000 Q points. The winning certificate informed me that the points would be credited by the 15th November. They never arrived. I've emailed Qatar and they say they are looking into this. Has anybody else has similar issues? Whats the best method to get this resolved ?

First of all, congratulations on winning the 100,000 miles!
There can be a bit of slippage on dates for things like this from time to time, but if you have the original confirmation and have already contacted QR, then there shouldn't be any need to do anything else. They will sort it out for you.
