My biggest issue with the lack of rotation is Delta Connection. I'd say out of two dozen meals this year, half have been on a CRJ/ERJ. In that case, all bets are off. You're extremely lucky if they have two options, and even luckier if its hot. I think mainline follows policy much closer (which makes very little sense, since the same catering kitchen prepares food for all Delta flights)
