IIRC this is the modern hotel located on the sort of square under the Westin Chosun, as you walk toward the palace and public library. There's an underground passageway with shops as you go to the subway which allows you to avoid crossing some busy streets.

I've walked to the main train station, which has the ICN airport train, but I wouldn't want to do this with much luggage.
