Who did you book this through? AFAIK I thought Q was an award fare class on MU. It could also be used for bulk/consolidator tickets. The only way to get credit is to rebook it as a new ticket that qualifies. This is if it can be rebooked.

Also to make sure the flight number begins with MU, it's not a codeshare that is operated by MU.
