Absolutely. I have lived in Sea-Tac most of my adult life and sit on the deck and watch the planes either land or take off (depending on the wind direction and time of day).

Plus, I can't remember when I set an alarm last to get up in the morning because there is a heavily laden plane that takes off to the north every day at 5:45 am. Like clockwork!! Literally! LOL LOL
