I consciously chose to operate like this as it maximises both my vacation time, and the time I spend at home (consolidating time away actually gives me the feeling of more time on the ground at home, and fewer actual trips )

My employer gives me full flexibility, and as such only is concerned if year end metrics will not be delivered. How I choose to deliver/exceed the expectations placed upon me and my team is my business.
