If we're talking about a business meeting which won't happen if the connection is missed then you're right, it feels tight.

My kind of work, however, is typically project-based and I'll be working Monday-Friday somewhere - so if I make the Monday morning connection, great; if I miss it then it's an extra day of vacation required and I resume work on the Tuesday. No concern from my employer whatsoever, other than their reasonable view that I should only be paid when I'm actually with the client doing my job
