While this is a pretty harmless and inexpensive process it still baffles me why.......

I'm a UK Citizen with a US Green Card AND Global Entry/NEXUS into and out of Canada and I still need the visa. I'm pretty sure they know everything they need to about me and my travel habits. Why another layer of paperwork?
