I went digging (and by that I mean I spent 60 seconds googling) and Delta.com says this: "On long-haul international routes, you’ll enjoy a complimentary meal in Main Cabin. With every meal, enjoy complimentary beer, wine and spirits."

But yeah, Caribbean, Mexican, and Canadian bound flights from the US (and VV) are treated as domestic flights.
