You have to bring one document that proves resident address (utility bill or other credit card bill or bank bill) Oddly enough they asked to see and make a copy of a front of another credit card I had. They asked for my drivers license too.

I was approved a day later (I emailed and inquired about my application status)
Didn't have to show W2 or pay stubs.
