Here is an interesting one that I have with Air China.
I have an award ticket from Norway to Australia next month.
The flights back to Norway are in Business and the only route I have with Air China is MEL-PEK. The booking was made months ago and all was well. I was given a seat in Business and all looked perfect.
Today I had a peek on my reservation and now I'm suddenly seated in an Economy seat. It still says Business on the ticket and that leg.
I called United but they couldn't help me. Calling Air China from Norway is a mess so that became pointless. I heard sending them emails is useless also.
Lucky thing is I'm going to Hong Kong in 2 weeks and will have a chat with them then. (flying SAS on that trip )

So what do you reckon? Has Air China pulled off a naughty one since this is an award ticket?
