Flew business class LHR-DXB-MRU-DXB-LHR

LHR-DXB and DXB-LHR legs were operated by Qantas, code shared with Emirates (the others were Emirates). All documents, boarding passes showed a "QF" code for the two legs. I had to log on and manage my booking and get my boarding pass via the Qantas web site.

BAEC today have denied crediting these flights: "I am afraid our agreement with Qantas does not include codeshare flights sold as Emirates."

The EC web site and T's & C's though are not 100% clear on this. Is this correct? Searching elsewhere, others have had no problem collecting also with a Qantas/Emirates code share - even where the operating carrier was Emirates. This seems a bit illogical . .
