could 'require' they cover additional costs hiring car or driver
regular guests have option of 'recovery' on future stays
does anyone not checkin when they arrive to similar situations?
wonder re finding out about such things in advance
perhaps they would bring car/etc out, even if not 'in'
they are presumably making a fair amount from event
