A couple of questions which I have searched for the answers but can't find at.

I have a booking for myself and 2 of my kids using a 2-4-1 with the 2nd child's ticket just being at normal avios rate. If I wanted to cancel the 2nd child's booking and just leave me and one child on the 2-4-1 I assume that I just need to call up to do that, pay my £35 and BA would just refund the avios and taxes in the normal way and leave the 2-4-1 untouched?

As an alternative at this point, would it be possible to split the 2nd child from the original booking onto a separate booking? Does this present a problem since he is a child under 12 although we would all still be travelling on the same flight int he same class?
