I stayed at Graycliff and visiting for drinks and a cigar is a bargain. Staying there is not (USD 500+ per night if off-season and USD 100+ pp for dinner; wine extra from the 3rd largest wine cellar in the world, priced accordingly). They have some good rums relatively cheaply (try the Zacapa 23). The Hilton was available for USD 150 for my dates (in Nov so off-season) but I went with Graycliff for the experience.
