Yes. Didi accepts Wepay, Alipay, and Baidu Wallet, and all 3 can be tied to ICBC. Note: only about 10 banks work with passport numbers on each of these channels, and the lists are slightly different.

Uber does not accept Wepay at this point in time, so you're limited to Alipay, Baidu Wallet, and Chinese credit cards.
