OZ is hands down the best *A FFP for not-so-frequent flyers, BOTH for status AND redeeming.

I'm really surprised that many are missing these perks of OZ:
- Lifetime *Gold, with no time limit set for accumulating half a million miles
- Registered family members can share the miles.
- miles last 10~12 years. (TK miles last only for three years)
- Fantastic redeem rates, especially for trans-Atlantic flights. 80,000 miles for BUSINESS ROUNDTRIP. (You will need 300,000 UA miles for this)
- Free stopover at ICN. On FRA-ICN-BKK route, you can travel both to Korea and Thailand at no additional costs.


Don't be fooled by the apparent ease of accumulating more miles on other FFPs.
OZ miles are probably the most powerful *A miles.

OZ miles are so powerful that I mostly fly premium economy in order to get 100%.
