All this talk about downgrading someone confuses me. Why would anyone accept a downgrade to WT+ when the available seat in CW, albeit not fully functional, is still superior to the downgraded product? The seat can still be sat in and reclined much more than a WT+ seat.

I fully understand the OP not wanting to sit in the CW seat and demanding the flat bed that was purchased, but if someone is going to be downgraded, it is surely still better to sit the CW seat than accept a downgrade (in comfort terms that is, I'm sure compensation would be a different matter!)
