I holidayed 2 months as surgery recovery coincided with the start of the "holiday program". My incentive was to extend the renewal date to include 2017 travel with status as I will be down to Silver (or lower) after Jul 2017.

I don't recall what the program limits are on taking "holidays". Might you need one in the future?
