The mini-cabin is slightly problematic because the Y cabin is served from the galley in front of it, so the crew is walking through it all the time. Other than that it's fairly private.

Row 1 gives the most privacy. On the -200, each window seat gets 3 windows, except that 1A is missing the forward window, row 5A is missing the middle window and 4H is missing the aft window. The rest of the seats are for all intents and purposes identical, but if you like looking outside avoid 5A and to a lesser extent 4H. 1A is fine.
