Cheetah_SA I'm afraid you were another victim of the changing shift syndrome just like me : 1 month ago, at about 5:30am they refused to add more names on the list because 6am is shift changing time !! As another customer insisted to put his name on the list, so I did. When I went back about 1 hour and half later, 10 minutes before the supposed time of my shower, the new team has just ignored the end of the list of the previous shift and we had to insist they respect the order on the list !

04 November after 05 AM went to check for a shower in AM and was shown a waiting list of 6 people. I replied I would check the showers behind the sandwich bar, I then was pushed immediately into a shower room, go figure the waiting list....indeed, too hot in there, I hate sweating after a shower, which needs an other shower....
