I did the turnaround in CUZ on Taca Peru. Just go through customs and out the exit. When you get outside you will see a gated parking lot. Ignore all the people wanting to help you. Walk to your left and around the fence and enter the terminal where you can check in. It is about a 1 minute walk outside. When you get inside, tell the check-in counter and the taxman that you are in transit so you don't have to pay any departure taxes.
